It’s prom season! School dances are fun opportunities to get dressed up, show off your style and rock the night away with your girls. This year, we’re going for a glamorous makeup look that is equal parts effortless and elegant and is sure to make us feel like royalty all night long. We’re doing it big with everything from blush to boy glitter, and we’re walking you through each step so you can re-create this beautiful look on your own! Step 1: Glowy Face
Starting with a clean, moisturized face, we’re starting the job with our Glow Up All Over Stick in the shade “Petal Glow”, but the product comes in 4 adorably dewy shades, so be sure to find the color that works best for your skin tone! We’re blending the color over our cheekbones with our fingers for a gorgeous flush.
When it comes to your big day, remember that there is never too much shimmer! We’re reaching for the 9021-GLOW! Cheek & Highlighter Duo and swiping the glittery gold color all over the high points of our face for the best glow in all our photos! Next, we’re finishing it off by taking a face brush and gently blending the bronzey color along our cheekbones and temples for a bit of color and definition.
Step 2: Bronzey Eyes
The real fun is always with the eyes. We’re bringing on the eye candy with the Fresh Picked Eye & Cheek Palette, starting by taking the summery, orange shade “Glitz ‘N Guava” and packing it on our eyelids with an eyeshadow brush. For a bit of definition, we’re taking the brown shade “Cinna-Mine” and brushing it into our eye creases, dragging the color along our bottom lash lines for some extra drama. Then, we’re topping it off by plopping a bit of the shade “Pass the Apricot” into our inner eye corner for some highlight!
We’re feeling bold, so we’re gonna add a thin layer of the Fully Feathered Kajal Eyeliner to the top lash line. However, feel free to drop this step if you are looking for something a bit lighter! If you do opt for eyeliner, consider winging it out at the ends to take it to the next level. Start small, work slowly and have a picture for reference. Winged liner makes for the perfect cat eye that’ll add an edgy twist to your look.
Finally, we’re adding some polishing touches with a few swipes of the Feather Stretch Washable Mascara on our top and bottom lashes as well as a run through our brows with the Featherlight Clear Mascara and Brow Gel. Status = Glamorous!
Step 3: Final Touches
Now, if our face were a cake, we’d say the lips are the sprinkles. For glowy, bold and supple lips, we’re applying a light layer of the peachy color in our 10K Shine Lip Gloss Set all over our lips. Now, we’re rubbing our lips together a bit for an even layer and are set!
